- 1/2 cups Coconut Flour, Sifted
- 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 6 whole Large Eggs
- 13 cups Honey Or Agave Nectar
- 13 cups Palm Shortening Or Grape Seed Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Blueberries, Fresh Or Frozen
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a small bowl, combine coconut flour, salt and baking soda.

3In a large bowl, combine eggs, agave, grape seed oil and vanilla and blend well with a hand blender.

4Mix dry ingredients into wet, blending with a hand mixer.

5Gently fold in blueberries.

6Place batter into a paper lined 12-count standard size muffin pan.

7Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.

8Cool and serve.
