Herb Buttered Artichokes

  • 2 artichokes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup parmasian cheese
  • 1/4 tbsp herbs of your choice (any u prefer)
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Directions

    cut stems of artichokes

    remove outer most leaves on bottom and trim remaining leaves with sheers.

    steam or boil artichokes to personal prefrence.

    while artichokes are cooking combine remaining ingredients until blended smoothely
  5. 5
    when done cooking be sure artichoi are drained completely.

    while artichokes are still warm but not to hot to work with seperate leaves partially
  7. 7
    spoon, finger press, rubber spatula ( which ever method works best for you) the blended herb butter into all the leaves and center.

    if to cool to serve place in 350 oven for 3-5 minutes.

    serve.
