- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 12 cups blueberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions

1Grease 12 cup muffin pan.

2Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

3In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

4Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.

5Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

6Add alternating to creamed mixture with milk and vanilla.

7Crush 1/2 cup blue berries and add to batter.

8Spoon batter into muffin pan.

9Sprinkle sugar leftover sugar on top of batter.

10Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick is clear.
