  • 4 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Smart Balance butter spread, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/3 fat-free buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted (pecans also work)

    Preheat oven to 350 and grease a bundt pan.

    Add sugar and beat until fluffy, then add vanilla.
