- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- cinnamon (if desired)
- 1 c. blueberries*
Directions

1Cook 1 cup berries with sugar, cornstarch and water until thick and transparent.

2Add cinnamon to mixture, if desired, after removing from stove.

3Cool a bit; add remaining raw berries.

4Put in pie shell.
