Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp seafood seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tsp mayonaise
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 large or 2 small eggs
  • 3 tbsp canned milk
  • 1 1/2 slices of bread-cut the brown sides off (tear into pieces)

Directions

    1. Mix the crab meat, baking powder, parsley flakes, seafood seasoning, worcestershire sauce, mayonaise, and mustard.

    2. Beat eggs lightly, add milk and bread crumbs.

    3. Mix the first mixture tot he second very gently.

    4. Cook for 5 minutes on each side in a large skillet over medium heat with a few tbsps of olive oil.
