Blueberry Pie

  • 2 cartons fresh blueberries (about 3 c.)
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 pie crusts

Directions

    Mix berries with flour and cinnamon.

    If fruit is dry, sprinkle 2 tablespoons water over it.

    Place in pie crust.

    Dot with butter.

    Cover with top crust and cut a few slits in it. Bake at 425° for 35 to 45 minutes until crust is nicely browned and juice begins to bubble through slits.
