  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 pt. blueberries

    Cream margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Mix flour in at low speed first.

    Fold in blueberries.

    Bake at 350° in a tube or Bundt pan for 1 hour.

    Put a light dusting of 10x sugar on top of cake after baking.
