Blueberry Pound Cake

- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Package)
- 3 whole Large Eggs
- 1 stick Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 package Butter Cake Mix, 18 Ounce Box
- 1 cup Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2With a mixer, beat the cream cheese with the eggs until well combined. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat (or in the microwave for a few seconds) and add melted butter into the eggs along with the sugar. Add dry cake mix and mix well.

3Gently fold in blueberries being careful not to break them open. If using frozen as I did, coat the frozen berries with a bit of the flour and add them into the batter.

4Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for approximately 38 - 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. So yummy!!
