  • 4 cups Blueberries, Fresh Or Frozen
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/3 cups Butter, Melted
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk, More Or Less, As Needed

    Preheat the oven at 350°F. Grease a 9x9 baking pan.

    Pour the blueberries into the baking dish.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

    In a measuring cup, add the beaten eggs, melted butter and pour milk until you reach the 1-cup mark. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and beat well.

    Spread the cake batter over the blueberries. Bake 55 minutes or until a thoothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
