- 1 pt. fresh blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Rinse fresh berries and drain well.

2In saucepan, melt sugar and cornstarch.

3Add water and lemon juice.

4Stir until dissolved. Add berries and bring to a boil for 1 to 2 minutes or until clear and slightly thickened, stirring carefully to avoid crushing berries.

5Serve warm or chilled over pancakes or white cake.
