  • 6 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 13 cup light corn syrup or 13 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.

    Heat and stir on medium high until it boils.

    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

    Strain.

    Pour into 2 hot sterilized half pint jars, diving evenly.

    Add boiling water if needed to fill within 1/4 inch of top.

    Place sterilized metal lids on jars and screw metal bands on securely.

    For added assurance against spoilage, you may choose to process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
