  • 8 oz. water
  • 1/4 c. dry milk
  • 1/4 c. soy milk powder
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1/3 container blueberry yogurt
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions

    Put all ingredients into blender. Blend for about 1 minute. Makes 1 large glass.
