Blueberry Sweet Rolls

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 to 1 c. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 2 c. fresh blueberries

    Roll each portion into an 8 x 14-inch rectangle. Brush with melted margarine.
