- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 None eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 5 oz frozen blueberries, thawed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour an 8 inch cake pan.

2Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Fold in flour and baking powder, alternating with yogurt. Fold in blueberries. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 50 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 mins then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
