- 1 lb. or 2 c. cooked bluefish
- 2 slices white bread, crusts removed and bread crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. spicy mustard
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- dash of Old Bay seasoning (seafood seasoning)
- oil for frying
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (except oil). Form mixture into cakes.
