  • 1 lb. or 2 c. cooked bluefish
  • 2 slices white bread, crusts removed and bread crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. spicy mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • dash of Old Bay seasoning (seafood seasoning)
  • oil for frying

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (except oil). Form mixture into cakes.

    Fry or saute fish cakes in hot oil until golden brown.
