- 8 cutlets
- salt and pepper
- flour
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Season the meat with salt and pepper.

2Dredge in flour and brown in vegetable oil.

3Remove the meat and add some flour to the pan.

4Stir while heating until brown and add the wine and broth. Bring to a boil and add the mustard.

5Add the meat and cook over low heat until tender.

6When nearly done, add the sour cream and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
