  • 8 cutlets
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 c. beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Season the meat with salt and pepper.

    Dredge in flour and brown in vegetable oil.

    Remove the meat and add some flour to the pan.

    Stir while heating until brown and add the wine and broth. Bring to a boil and add the mustard.

    Add the meat and cook over low heat until tender.

    When nearly done, add the sour cream and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
