Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. accent flavor enhancer, found in spice section of supermarkets/walmart
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground Chinese five spice
- 3 lb. eye of round sliced in 1/8 inch thick across grain
Directions

1Blend all ingredients except beef in small bowl.

2Dip each piece of beef in marinade, coating well.

3Place in medium bowl.

4Pour remaining marinade over top of beef.

5Cover and refrigerate over night.

6Place the strips of beef in food dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 8-10 hours.

7Oven method: place on cookie sheets, put oven temperature on 200 degrees with oven door cracked open for about 6 hours
