- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream sugars and Crisco; add eggs one at a time.

2In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, coconut and pecans.

3Add alternately to cream mixture the dry mixture and milk.

4Add flavorings and mix thoroughly.

5Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
