- 1 doz. eggs
- 4 c. sugar
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar together.

2Add 2 cups milk.

3Heat remainder of milk in a double boiler to just below boiling temperature.

4Add the egg mixture and continue cooking 30 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Strain.

6If custard curdles beat with a mixer.

7Chill.
