- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. rum flavoring
- 4 heaping tsp. flour
Directions

1Mix flour well with sugar to prevent lumping.

2Scald milk in double boiler.

3Beat eggs well and add to flour and sugar.

4Beat this into scalded milk.

5Stir until thickened.

6Remove from heat and add flavoring, keep stirring.

7Pour into containers and chill before serving.
