  • 1 qt. sweet milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tsp. rum flavoring
  • 4 heaping tsp. flour

Directions

    Mix flour well with sugar to prevent lumping.

    Scald milk in double boiler.

    Beat eggs well and add to flour and sugar.

    Beat this into scalded milk.

    Stir until thickened.

    Remove from heat and add flavoring, keep stirring.

    Pour into containers and chill before serving.
