  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 can 7-Up
  • Sauce:
  • 3 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 TBSP sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chinese bean paste (Mein Chiang)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 TBSP sherry or sake
  • 1 tsp minced green onion
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1 TBSP canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Condiments:
  • leaf lettuce
  • steamed rice
  • sliced garlic
  • kimchee
