- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 7/8 gal. Red Top milk
Directions

1Beat eggs until foamy.

2Add sugar and part of milk and heat on stove.

3Add rest of milk.

4Stir constantly until thickens.

5Take off stove.

6Put in a pan of water to speed cooling.

7Add vanilla. When cool, pour through cheesecloth.

8Keep chilled until ready to serve.
