- 1 gal. sweet milk
- 8 to 10 eggs, separated
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Put sweet milk on to cook;

2Separate eggs and beat separately. Beat whites until you can slice with a knife.

3After you have beaten the yolks, add sugar and beat well.

4Stir into the scalding milk with egg beater.

5When it begins to look a little creamy and thick, add the stiffly beaten whites.

6Let boil a few minutes, stirring constantly.

7Flavor to suit taste when cool.
