- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 level Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Put the butter, flour, sugar, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper into a bowl or the inner part of a double boiler and cook over hot water till they begin to thicken.

2Add the vinegar and continue the cooking three minutes.

3Beat the mixture occasionally while cooling.

4Keep in refrigerator.

5This dressing will remain good several weeks.
