- 8 large stone crab claws, precooked
- water
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. butter, melted (clarified)
- 1 Key lime
Directions

1In a large kettle, bring water to a boil. Add mustard and salt; blend. Drop in claws; cover and boil 20 minutes.

2Remove claws; break them open and serve with butter to which a few drops of Key Lime juice has been added.
