  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 c. water
  • vanilla flavoring (optional)

Directions

    Boil all ingredients except egg whites until at a soft ball stage.

    Cook slowly.

    Beat 2 egg whites until stiff.

    Add boiled mixture slowly to whites while continuing to beat.
