- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 6 slices bologna
Directions

1Place bologna in muffin cups.

2Do not cut edges.

3Stir together beans, mustard and molasses.

4Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in center of bologna.

5Top with cheese and onion.

6Place under broiler; heat until bologna curls up into cup shape and cheese melts.

7Serve hot with chips or French fries.
