  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped, salted peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chutney
  • 8 ribs (8 inches each) celery

    In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, peanuts and chutney until well blended.

    Stuff each rib of celery with 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture.

    Cover and chill.
