  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 12 ripe medium banana
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 12 inch piece fresh ginger, quartered
  • 18 teaspoon ground cardamom, if desired
