- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (do not use the low sodium soup)
- 1 soup can milk (can use low nonfat or mocha mix)
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- chutney, pistachio nuts, coconut
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients.

2Chill until icy cold.

3When serving, add chutney and nuts and sprinkle with coconut.

4One tablespoon chutney is usually enough per bowl.

5This is a different, very tasty addition to a summer dinner party.

6Makes about 2 1/2 cups (4 servings).
