  • 1/4 cup Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 green chiles, sliced
  • 2 slices white bread, cut into small squares
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tsp. garam masala
  • 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper

    Combine ingredients.

    Shape into 8 balls, using about 1/4 cup for each; flatten slightly.

    Add 4 tikkis to skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook 10 min.

    or until crisp and golden brown on both sides, carefully turning after 5 min.

    Repeat with remaining tikkis.
