Ingredients

  • 2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 small pkg. coconut
  • flavoring (any flavor; black walnut and cherry good)
  • nuts (pecans, walnuts, black walnuts)
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. regular or milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 bar parawax or paraffin

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and let set in refrigerator overnight. Roll into balls about the size of a small walnut.

    Melt chocolate chips and parawax/paraffin.

    Place wax paper on a rack.

    Dip in chocolate and place on paper (I take a toothpick and put in ball and dip).
