  • 1 lb. ground chuck and veal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Roman cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together (add a little warm water if necessary.

    Make into small balls.

    Fry in oil until lightly brown.

    Drain on paper towel.
