Ingredients

  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 c. Crisco oil
  • 1/2 block wax
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions

    Mix first 7 ingredients well.

    In top of a double boiler, melt wax and semi-sweet chocolate morsels.

    Keep hot. Roll mixture between hands into balls.

    Lift balls into hot chocolate mixture to be coated. Remove and place on wax paper on pan. Place in refrigerator to remain firm and hard until ready to serve.

    Makes 50 or more.
