  • 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1/2 to 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Wash and cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

    In a blender add stuffing, parsley and cheese until fine. Melt margarine; dip chicken, rolling in stuffing mixture.

    Place on a cookie sheet.

    Bake for 20 minutes.
