  • 3-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 2-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
  • 1 cup Oreo Baking Crumbs, divided
  • 84 orange jelly beans (about 1 cup)
  • 28 miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 28 small Halloween candies

    Beat milk and pudding mix with whisk 2 min.

    Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip and 1/2 cup baking crumbs.

    Spoon 2 Tbsp.

    pudding mixture into each of 14 (7-oz.)

    Top each with layers of 1/2 tsp.
