  • 3 -5 half skinless frozen plums
  • 14 cup frozen mango
  • 12 of a banana
  • splash milk (optional)

    add yogurt to blender.

    put hot water on plums and skin comes right off then put in blender.

    add frozen mangoes.

    add 1/2 of banana.

    add milk optional.
