  • 1 (850 g) tin of sliced peaches
  • 1 (425 g) tin pineapple chunks
  • 1 (425 g) tin lychees
  • 1 (425 g) tin cherries
  • 200 g prunes
  • 200 g dried apricots
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brandy

Directions

    Pour all the juices from the tins into saucepan.

    Add sugar, prunes and apricots.

    Bring to boil,remove from heat and cool.

    Add drained fruit and brandy.

    Store in airtight jar in refrigerator for 1 week before using.

    Serve with cream or ice cream.
