- 1 (850 g) tin of sliced peaches
- 1 (425 g) tin pineapple chunks
- 1 (425 g) tin lychees
- 1 (425 g) tin cherries
- 200 g prunes
- 200 g dried apricots
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brandy
Directions

1Pour all the juices from the tins into saucepan.

2Add sugar, prunes and apricots.

3Bring to boil,remove from heat and cool.

4Add drained fruit and brandy.

5Store in airtight jar in refrigerator for 1 week before using.

6Serve with cream or ice cream.
