- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 medium onion
- 4 medium sized potatoes, diced
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1 soup bone or 2 lb. flat rib or any kind of boiling beef
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook meat until tender.

2Take meat off bone and put back in broth.

3Add all other ingredients.

4Cook until vegetables are soft. Add tomatoes and serve.

5Very good if a little sour cream is put in each serving.
