Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can navy beans
  • 15 oz. can red beans
  • 15 oz. can black beans
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 2 strips fried bacon
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Drain and rinse beans.

    Add celery and onion. Blend remaining ingredients, except bacon, in shaker/blender, etc.

    Pour dressing over beans. Crumble bacon on top.

    Chill overnight.
