Ingredients

  • 1 No 2 can unsweetened crushed pineapple (drain and save juice)
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
  • 7 ice cubes
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 3/4 c. mini marshmallows
  • 3 lb. large bananas cut fine
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 8 oz. container Cool Whip

Directions

    Open pineapple and put in colander to drain.

    Heat water. Dissolve jello in the hot water, then add the ice cubes to cool it before adding the orange juice.

    Put the marshmallows, pineapple and bananas in a glass pan, 8 1/2x11 1/2, and pour the jello mixture over it.

    Stir and refrigerate until firm.
