- 1 large red onion
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
- 1 tsp. crushed red chilies
- 2 lemons
Directions

1Peel jicama and cut into 1 x 1/2-inch slices; cut avocados and both cheeses in 1-inch slices.

2Slice onions; cut lemons into 8ths.

3Put everything in a Tupperware bowl and let marinate for several hours.

4Serve cold as an appetizer or just something to snack on.
