- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Flour or Cajun Fish fry
- 1 box of Boudin
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Peanut Oil
Directions

1Mix eggs in a bowl with milk and stir

2Cut boudin into smal squares you can rol them into balls if you want.

3Have breading flour or fish fry in a container to bread (I use plastic bags )

4Heat peanut oil in pan or fryer to 350F

5Take boudin balls and dip in milk-eggs mixture fully coat.

6Then drop into grease for 10min at most or until golden brown color
