Ingredients
- Filo pastry
- 500 gm ricotta cheese, (low fat)
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour Cinnamon Lemon rind, (optional)
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine all ingredients with a fork or possibly blender.

2Butter or possibly oil your filo pastry sheet, both sides.

3Repeat this method with every sheet.

4You require 2 sheets per parcel.

5Fill with cheese mix and fold pastry into parcel.

6Heat the oven to 190c - 200c and cook the parcels for ten min.

7Then lower heat and cook till you get a nice golden brown colour.

8Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

9Serve hot.
