Ingredients

  • 4 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. whitefish fillet, cut in 2-inch pieces
  • 12 oz. frozen shrimp, shelled and cleaned
  • 1 pt. oysters

Directions

    Place first nine ingredients in large pot; bring to boil and add remaining ingredients.

    Cook about 5 minutes.

    Do not overcook.

    Other shellfish like crab and clams may be added, if desired.
