Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 5 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. good bourbon
  • 1/2 block paraffin (melt in small amounts, 2 lb. to 8 oz. chocolate coating)
  • 3 lb. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 lb. chocolate summer coating or 2 (16 oz.) bags real chocolate chips

Directions

    Pour bourbon over chopped nuts; toss to coat.

    Blend well at room temperature the butter, powdered sugar and evaporated milk. Knead.

    Roll into 1-inch balls.

    Chill firmly and have cool for dipping.
