  • 8 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar ( firm packed)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup bourbon

    Melt butter in medium pan over medium heat, add cider,sugar, lemon juice, S&P

    Increase heat to high, bring to boil until slightly thick (aprox 5 mins)
