- 1 bunch carrots, scraped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 oz. bourbon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
Directions

1Slice carrots crosswise at angle.

2Place in saucepan with butter, maple syrup, salt and lemon juice.

3Simmer over low flame, covered, until tender-crisp.

4Add bourbon.

5Simmer, uncovered, 1 minute more.

6Serve sprinkled with dill.
