- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup bourbon whiskey
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

3In a large bowl combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup and cheese and mix together.

4Pour mixture over chicken, then pour melted butter over top.

5Sprinkle with bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper to taste.

6Pour bourbon over all.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until browned and bubbly.
